When will i get my product? How long does shipping take?

This will depend on the location the package is being sent to. Most countries our shipping times are about 14 days. Again, this may vary depending on the location. Processing takes 3-5 business days.

Are you a legitimate website?

OF COURSE! We strive to be as professional while also being personable with our customers. We work every day to update and create a better website while also offering new products! We are absolutely ecstatic about our future, and can't wait for you to be a part of it!

How can i track my order?

Easy! Just go to our "Track Your Package" Page to get easy direction on how to track your package, so you can be ready. 

What can i do if an item is out of stock?

You can do 1 of 2 things, you can either wait for the item to get back in stock on our website, or you could also go to the "contact us" page and ask us about it for a more detailed explanation for that situation, so you know EXACTLY when your favorite products will be back.

 

Why must I put in my address before seeing shipping prices?

At the bottom of your checkout page you should see a general shipping price for where your GPS location is. After that if you put in the exact address you are ordering the product to, we can tell you exactly what your costs will be.

 What are the payment methods available to me?

At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards and Paypal payments. But, if you have any requests for other types of payment, don't hesitate to contact us and we will see what we can do!
